Your voice can help raise awareness and improve mental health care and services for individuals impacted by serious mental illness and mental health conditions. Learn about the issues and how to get involved with advocating for mental health.
NAMI members are making their voices heard in the community, in the mental health system, and in the legislature. Working together, we can make positive changes for our families and future generations. Join NAMI, and help improve the lives of millions of people affected by mental illness.
Participate in Walk with NAMI Tulare County. The Walk is our annual fundraising event and focus on mental health awareness. Proceeds from the Walk are used in Tulare County to provide free advocacy, support, and education for individuals affected by mental illness and their family and friends.
We couldn't do what we do without the help of our volunteers, and there is always a need for individuals with lived experience to help raise mental health awareness. If you are interested in volunteering, please take a moment to fill out our Volunteer Interest Form to receive information about volunteer opportunities when we have them.
